Maudsland
Maudsland is located in the Gold Coast Hinterland and is bounded on the west by the Nerang River and by the Gaven Arterial Road to the North and adjoins Pacific Pines. It is a unique suburb which has a mixture of acreage properties, housing estates with acre plus lot sizes and urban development.
