Juliette has been with Coomera Realty for over 6 years and she was a very welcome addition to our Rental Team. Juliette is responsible for the day to day running of our Property Management Department as our Senior Property Manager as she now has a combined 14 years of industry experience in Property Management. Over this period of time Juliette has worked locally in the Oxenford and Helensvale areas and surrounding Northern Gold Coast suburbs.

Juliette has a passion for Property Management and with this comes her efficiency and dedication to both her Landlords and Tenants. Juliette’s main objective in Property Management is to secure quality Tenants for her Landlords, so as to ensure a smooth transition. The properties Juliette manages are maintained to a high standard with low occupancy turnovers and rental arrears are kept to an absolute minimum.
