Once a month we reward one of our tenants with a bottle of wine, box of chocolates and certificate of appreciation.
This award is based on extra care and attention being given by the tenant to
the property above and beyond what is required in their lease.
The Tenant of the Month scheme is extremely popular with our tenants and
helps to ensure all our properties are being maintained to an excellent standard.
