We had been researching the real estate market for quite a few months. Our idea was to watch the sales in the Helensvale, Oxenford and Coomera area and build up a knowledge of the trends for the sales market during 2010.

Our research helped us choose which areas we preferred and which we did not prefer. No one else can pick the location for you to live in.
 
We found Coomera Realty had many of the properties we thought desirable and their sales statistics were good.

We also noticed that their advertising was always believable without some of the real-estate jargon which in so many cases left us feeling it was a bit short on the reality of the location advertised.
 
In November we were able to act on our plan and set out to find and make a lifestyle purchase. We viewed a number of properties but we were drawn again to Coomera Realty because of their great selection.
 
We found Lewis Benson and the whole team at Coomera Realty very helpful and they were able to show us a number of possible properties. When we found the right one, Coomera Realty was able to appropriately represent their vendors’ interests while still supporting us to buy our quality home for a fair and truthful market price.
 
We were directed to our new home by references from Lewis and it was easy to identify in the street by the Coomera Realty street signage. We viewed the advertisement on their internet site and then was offered their personal service to view the property and finally to negotiate the deal which we were able to trust as being good for both parties.
 
For us the property we have purchased meets and exceeds all our requirements and is a very good house for Rosslyn and I to make our home as we begin 2011 and beyond.
