A director of The Agency is always part of the management team to ensure that, regardless of any staff changes, there is constancy when it comes to the administration and care of your investment.

We photograph and market your property, prepare personalised lease agreements and detailed condition reports, collect your bond and initial rent, and submit the necessary paperwork to the appropriate authorities. We conduct regular rent reviews, execute lease renewals, pay council, water and strata rates, and every six months carry out a photograph inspection. If any maintenance is required, we will of course liaise with you before any repairs are arranged.
