I had people across the road from me at number 22 Ferngrove Ave sell their home some time ago and Sophie did the deal! They gave me a flyer with Sophie's name and number and said 'if you sell call Sophie, she was great.' I held on to that flyer with no intention of selling at that time but I put it away for a rainy day. Well that day came; I rang Sophie and asked if she was interested in selling my home? We had been researching the real estate market for quite a few months. Our idea was to watch the sales in the Helensvale, Oxenford and Coomera area and build up a knowledge of the trends for the sales market during 2010.
