Established since 1991 and in operation at Oxenford since 2002, we are located in the heart of the thriving business centre of Oxenford Central with a professional team of 3 experienced Licensed Real Estate Agents, 2 experienced Sales Consultants, 2 Personal Assistants to Sales Administration & 2 Senior Property Managers; all of whom have a proven ability within the Real Estate Industry and are able to provide our clients with service beyond their expectations.

Why Advertise?
Unless you're sure you've attracted as many purchasers who are ready, willing and able to buy your property, you'll always wonder whether you could have put thousands of dollars more into your pocket, instead of giving it to the new owners in the equity you lost. Advertising attracts more enquiry from serious buyers. Provided you have an Agent with good negotiating skills, you end up with thousands of dollars more than if you didn't promote properly.
